Who we are
TeeMost operates the online store at teemost.com. For questions about this policy, or about your personal information, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Order information — name, email address, shipping address, billing address and phone number
- Account information — email address and password, if you choose to create an account
- Communications — the content of emails and support messages you send us
- Marketing preferences — your email address, if you subscribe to updates
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device type
- Usage data — pages viewed, referring site, time spent, links clicked

Information we do not collect
We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Card details are transmitted directly from your browser to our PCI-compliant payment processor. We receive only the card type and last four digits.
Why we use it
- To process, print, ship and deliver your order
- To send order confirmations, shipping notices and tracking
- To answer your support requests
- To handle returns, exchanges and refunds
- To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions
- To improve our products, site and service
- To send marketing emails, where you have opted in
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with parties that need it to run this store:
- Payment processors — to take payment and to prevent fraud
- Print and fulfilment partners — your name and shipping address, so your order can be made and dispatched
- Shipping carriers — name, address and phone number, for delivery
- Email and analytics providers — to send transactional email and to understand site usage
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and session working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. Strictly necessary cookies — such as those that hold your cart contents and your login — cannot be disabled without breaking checkout.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may prevent you from completing an order.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy U.S. tax and accounting requirements. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.
Security
We protect your information with encrypted HTTPS across the whole site, restricted staff access on a need-to-know basis, and PCI-compliant payment handling.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take these obligations seriously and act quickly if something goes wrong.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent to marketing at any time
To exercise any of these, email us. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
California privacy rights
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
TeeMost does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.
To make a request, email us with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line.
European and UK residents
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on the basis of contract performance for order fulfilment, legitimate interests for fraud prevention and service improvement, consent for marketing, and legal obligation for tax records. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Marketing emails
We send marketing email only to people who have opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Transactional emails — order confirmations, shipping notices, refund confirmations — are part of the service and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
