Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply lets you see your order history and tracking in one place.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not entered printing. Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. After that window the item is already in production and cannot be cancelled — see our Cancellation & Modification Policy.
Can I order in bulk or request a custom design?
Yes. Email us with the quantity, sizes and artwork you have in mind and we will send a quote.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
Total time is processing plus shipping. Processing takes 2–5 business days. Standard U.S. delivery is a further 5–8 business days. International delivery is 8–16 business days.
How much is shipping?
Flat $5.99 anywhere in the United States, and free on orders over $75. International shipping is a flat $12.99.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
International orders ship duty unpaid, so any import taxes or customs fees charged by your country are payable by you on delivery. Domestic U.S. orders have no such charges.
Products and sizing
How do your sizes run?
Our tees are unisex and run true to size with a regular fit. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, size up. Every product page lists flat measurements, and our Size Chart explains how to measure a shirt you already own.
How should I wash my shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Skip bleach and fabric softener — softener coats the fibres and dulls the print over time.
Will the print crack or fade?
Not with normal care. Our prints are cured into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. Washing hot, drying on high heat, or ironing the print directly are what shorten a print's life.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. Full details are on our Payment Methods page.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. The entire site runs over encrypted HTTPS and payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers. Card numbers are never stored on our servers.
What will appear on my statement?
A descriptor containing TEEMOST. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email us before disputing it — we can usually identify it within minutes.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, on unworn and unwashed items with tags attached. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
Do you cover return shipping?
We cover it when the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is yours.
How long do refunds take?
We process approved refunds within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to post it.
