These Terms of Service govern your use of teemost.com and any purchase you make here. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are
teemost.com is an online apparel store operated by TeeMost. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean TeeMost; "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet that requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including flat measurements on each product page.
Screens vary, so printed colours may differ slightly from what you see. Because items are printed individually, small variations in print placement are normal and are not defects.
We may change or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax, which are shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Where an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before processing and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline any order, and will refund it in full if we do.
6. Made-to-order production
Every item is printed after you order it. This is why our processing time exists, and why the window for cancelling or changing an order is limited to 12 hours. See our Cancellation & Modification Policy.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. See our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days from delivery, on unworn and unwashed items with tags attached.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — designs, artwork, photography, text, logos and layout — is owned by TeeMost or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs, or use them commercially, without written permission.
Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item. It does not transfer any rights in the design printed on it.

10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- Interfere with the site's operation, or introduce malicious code
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data
- Place fraudulent orders, or use a payment method you are not authorised to use
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.
11. User content
If you submit reviews, photographs or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business. You confirm that the content is yours to license and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or misleading.
12. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify TeeMost against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
16. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, carrier failures, customs delays and utility or network outages.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
18. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
19. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version published when you place an order governs that order.
