Payment Methods

This page sets out how you can pay at TeeMost, how your payment details are protected, and what to expect on your statement.

What we accept

  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB
  • PayPal
  • Digital wallets — Apple Pay and Google Pay, where your device and browser support them

Currency

All prices on this site are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That conversion and any fee are set by your bank, not by TeeMost, and the final amount on your statement may differ slightly from the total shown at checkout.

When you are charged

Your payment method is authorised and charged when you place the order, not when it ships. This is what allows us to send the item into production immediately.

If an order is cancelled before printing begins, the full amount is refunded.

What appears on your statement

Charges appear with a descriptor containing TEEMOST.

If you see a charge you do not recognise, please email [email protected] before opening a dispute with your bank. We can identify the order within minutes, and resolving it directly is far faster than a chargeback — which typically takes 30 to 90 days.

How your payment details are protected

  • The entire site is served over encrypted HTTPS (TLS)
  • Payments are handled by PCI DSS compliant payment processors
  • Your full card number never reaches, and is never stored on, TeeMost servers
  • Card data is transmitted directly from your browser to the payment processor

We can see only the last four digits and card type, which is what appears on your order record.

If your payment is declined

A decline is almost always your bank's decision, not ours. Common causes:

  • The billing address entered does not match the address on file with your bank
  • The CVV or expiry date has a typo
  • Your bank has blocked an international or online transaction
  • Insufficient available balance or a card limit

Check the details and try again. If it declines a second time, contact your bank — they can tell you the reason, and we cannot.

Failed and duplicate charges

A declined attempt sometimes leaves a pending authorisation on your account. This is not a completed charge and it drops off on its own, usually within 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

If you believe you were genuinely charged twice, email us with both transaction dates and amounts and we will investigate and refund any duplicate.

Sales tax

Applicable U.S. state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address, and shown before you confirm payment.
